An automatic weigh filler machine is used to allocate and fill a variety of products into boxes, jars, bags, cartons and containers. These machines are suitable to fill dry fruits, nuggets, snacks, rice, grains etc. accurately into different containers. It is a four headed vibratory machine specially designed for food industries with GMP construction. In case of products with uneven size and shape material, vibratory fillers help to weigh and fill the product in bags. There are certain product materials which are light in weight but, are difficult to flow as they get entangled into each other, for such products weigh filler machines are used.

The use of four headed weigh filler machines enables an accurate filling into the boxes with perfect weight. Single or multilevel vibrating trays or belt is provided so that the material gets flowed evenly into the weighing pan. As soon as the pre- decided weight is achieved the weighting pan discharges the material which gets flowed directly to the pouch or container held manually under the discharge hopper. These machines are equipped with pneumatically operated jaws to stop the major flow of the product inside the weighing pan.
